Meet Claudia
Claudia started Hatch Growth knowing that people are an organisation's greatest capability, and that individuals who are clear on their direction are capable of extraordinary things.
With a career spanning senior HR and project management roles across large, complex organisations, Claudia has led workforce reform, advised senior executives on high-stakes challenges, and delivered large-scale HR transformation projects with the rigour and discretion senior stakeholders rely on. Her expertise spans talent and workforce strategy, change management, remuneration, people and culture, and executive coaching.
Outside of Hatch Growth, Claudia co-founded Friends with Her - a free women's networking community in Canberra built around small-group connection and genuine belonging. It's a reflection of everything she believes in: that community and human connection aren't soft extras - they're foundational to a fulfilling life.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the Australian National University and certifications in Project Management and Workplace and Business coaching.
